Back-Up Coorporation Technical Support: The Backup Training Corporation provides technical support for the CD-ROM based Idaho training courses. If you should experience any technical difficulties or problems while completing classes, please call the Backup's toll free number 800-822-9398 during normal business hours (7a-4p PST) Monday through Friday. The Backup has support personnel that can handle most technical problems.
