POST In-Service Training and Specialized Certification Courses POST is involved in many aspects of in-service training in on-going efforts to provide the finest curriculum for Idaho officers. Efforts include in-service training in three regions, conferences, and teleconferences. It includes specialized certification courses for DARE, DRE, and SRO officers and Marine Deputies. It includes general training in EVOC and firearms. POST is developing CD-DVD training for officers to access remotely from their computers, significantly expanding our abilities to help Idaho law enforcement officers rank among the most highly trained professionals nationwide.
