Special Investigator -- Michael Wright

Michael Wright retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) in 1993 after more than 25 years of service. He was employed with the FBI as a Laboratory Aide for about two and one half years in the firearms, explosives and tool marks unit while he went to undergraduate school. After receiving an appointment as a Special Agent in 1971, he worked in Phoenix, San Francisco, San Jose, Chicago, and Bozeman offices. He has traveled extensively overseas as an independent contractor doing security work in counter terrorism and force protection. Michael has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration. He and his wife, Dawn, have four married children and 14 grandchildren. Michael and Dawn grew up in Idaho but left when they got married. After 35 years, they have returned back to where they began.
