Title: |
Crime Scene Technology Workshop 2 |
|
|
Description: |
This 40-hour workshop consists of "hands-on" application of development and enhancement techniques for physical evidence. A variety of methods will be explored. Students will experiment with various types of equipment and chemicals to determine the most effective application to a given situation. This accelerated course offers a minimum of lecture with a maximum of team activity including field exercises as simulated crime scenes. They will gain a wealth of knowledge and experience that can be practiced immediately. Although the Crime Scene Technology Workshop I is not a prerequisite, attendees should have a substantial background in crime scene applications prior to enrolling in this course.
COURSE HIGHLIGHTS:
Digital Cameras with pc cord or remote and laptop computers would be very beneficial but not mandatory. Conventional cameras with flash units are acceptable. All other materials or equipment used in the field exercises will be furnished by the instructors. |
