Basic Dispatch Academy # 50

Description:

This is the basic training requirement for all dispatchers who wish to be classified. It covers many areas including haz-mat, CPR, call taking, call classification, radio procedures, searching prisoners, stress management, and legal liabilities.

Attendance is determined by packet approval.

POST must receive complete dispatch academy packet no later than October 24, 2008 for attendance approval.
