POLICE OFFICER

The Orofino Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. The Police Department has an immediate openinig and is seeking qualified applicants. Preference will be given to lateral entry officers or officers who have completed POST requirements, however the Department is willing to hire an entry level officer. The position will remian open until filled.

Minimum qualifactions are; High School Diploma from accredited institution, two years of work experience providing responsible work duities, no felony convictions, no DUI convictions in the past 6 years, no domestic violence convicitions, excellent moral character, and the ability to be POST Certified within one year of appointment.
