With the requested information, I will be able to better assess training needs for our K-9 teams specific to their areas of expertise. This information will also allow me to get legal updates and training announcements to the handlers in a timely manner. I strongly encourage all agencies with a K-9 program in place to participate in this survey, as it is for the benefit of all law enforcement throughout the state. I have enclosed a survey form for you to give to each handler working a dog in your agency. You may make additional copies of the form as needed.
