Executive Director, Ken Harward
Mr. Harward is currently the Executive Director of the Association of Idaho Cities, a position he has held since January of 1998. Mr. Harward served as the City Administrator and Finance Director for the City of Nampa, from March of 1974 until he took the reins of the Association of Idaho Cities. Mr. Harward has graduate and undergraduate degrees in public administration from the University of Utah.
